Call transfers not working from MS teams to IP office via SBCE

Hi guys,
We have Avaya IP office 500 v2 11.1.3.1 with SBCE 10.1.2.1-84-23872 working with MS teams. It was all working fine until last week. Now call transfers are no longer working from MS teams back to IPO.
I checked tracesbc traces and getting SIP Error 404 Not found from MS teams after the Invite.
Here's the trace:

The difference is in the invite, I can see on normal calls it uses
FROM: "Name"<sip:+14443332211;ext=544@sip.pstnhub.microsoft.com:5061;user=phone>;tag=8b34939ad2ff45409056eb85c78bdd0c
but when calls are forwarded it uses normal extensions:
FROM: <sip:544@SBCaddress:5061;user=phone>;tag=4bfg56b4ff4b8f4b5f64bf8

Is anyone else having similar issues or know the solutions for this?
