I have a simple set up.

Phantom with main DN set up to point to Call Pilot.
Call Pilot SDN goes to a menu which transfers call after an announcement to a Hunt group. All works fine.

However if our operators take a call and transfer it to the Main DN the error message "your call cannot be completed at this time" is given. I have set the call tranfer up to a normal DN this fails on transfer.

Any Ideas? would it be some trunk to trunk restriction?
 
Phantom goes to acd group that vm agents are built in, oper should xfer to acd pilot, not the phantom. if thats broke check you csl marks on the acd phones that are your acd channels. you should be able to xfer to express msg or the ms without a prob. is the operator trying to xfer to the menu or a vm box? the ms should accept a transfer to the ms id.

Ok.

Phantom 81111 points to callpilot ACD 85555.

SDN 81111 has a Xfer box to a DN 82222.

Dial 81111 direct from an extension CP transfers to 82222.

Transfer a call from another extension to 81111 fails with the error message "your call cannot be completed at this time"

turn on sfa on your phanton might want to check all cls marks endding in a and max that set out
