I have a simple set up.
Phantom with main DN set up to point to Call Pilot.
Call Pilot SDN goes to a menu which transfers call after an announcement to a Hunt group. All works fine.
However if our operators take a call and transfer it to the Main DN the error message "your call cannot be completed at this time" is given. I have set the call tranfer up to a normal DN this fails on transfer.
Any Ideas? would it be some trunk to trunk restriction?
