We have a Norstar ICS 4.0, and everytime someone picks up a phone and wants to transfer a call from the outside to one of the extensions in the office the voice mail on the transfered extension does not work if someone that the call was tranfered to does't pick up. Instead what happens is call is being routed back to the extansion that it was originaly transfered from and "No Answer" is displayed on that set.
Is there a way to transfer and if there is no answer at that extension to have the voice mail box pick up that call instead being routed back to original extension.
