hi new to avaya programming and had a slight prob
got 10 extns in a group pickup 2 example extns 1415 and 1408 when 1415 picks a call up for 1408 when they go to transfer the call back to 1408 getting busy tone even thou user not on call at 1408

I am a little confused when you state 1415 picks up a call for 1408. Are you sure that 1415 does not have a bridged appearance for 1408?

no they dont use a bridged appearance basically its a group of pa's and they are in a pickupgroup togeather
