I was wondering can some explain that the IP office works in this way and it is not something that can be changed.
If a call comes into the business and gets answered by someone. If they do a screened transfer the called handset rings as an external call and displays the external number and the user transfering. Is this normal operation and can you not change the ring style to sound as an internal call a long single ring rather than a ring ring.
