we have a bcm400 3.6 we have a problem when a call is transferd from reception to anuther phone and is not answerd when it recalls back to reception phone if that phone is then busy it just flashes on a key even when reception hang up is there a way to make it start ringing on the reception phone??

Make sure transfer callback is enabled on all sets and the receptionist has at least 2 Intercom keys. You even can go so far as to set the prime set for each line to be the receptionist.
