Hi need help if anybody can supply me the pbx command for the following.

A customer would like to retain the toll free fax number but need to transfer to an efax number after 1 ring.

Can anybody give me the command to do so.

My proposal
Personal deflection

Example where aaaa means fax number and bbbb means efax number.

PELPI:DIR=aaaa,LIST=1,CHO=1,ANSPOS=aaaa,TIME=2;
PELPI:DIR=aaaa,LIST=1,CHO=2,ANSPOS=bbbb;

hi rfpui,

Thanks for the tip. I assume this command works on ericsson MD110. my apologies as I'm new to voice and learning commands direct from the manual.

maybe it is usefull to know what version of PBX you have.

can you provide us the printout of the CADAP; command?

Sorry, I don't understand the sense of this scenario. Why not to make directly:

PELPI:DIR=aaaa,LIST=1,CHO=1,ANSPOS=bbbb,time=60;

where you see this scenario?

Hi All,

I really appreciate your tips. Just to give you further detail the 1800 number will retain except that when a customer send a fax to the 1800 number, it will be routed to the efax number. but when I check the PELPI command, isn't this for DECT phones only. how about analog like command? any ideas

Do I understand right? If a normal call comes, the Phone should ring and when a Fax comes, then it should be rerouted?

And what do you mean with 1800 number. Do you mean a DCT1800-Dect-Phone?
