Hi is it possible to transfer a call to any external or internal number with only one key press?
scenario is likie this:
A party calls B extension. B party answers the call and presses the key 10 and the call is transferred to C number

Hi Bolivar,

Pressing transfer button after pressing key 10 will take only 0.1 seconds. Is the time so important? Or is there something wrong about the finger of the user that he/she have to wait for a plenty of time before pressing another?
Think that extension C is busy. So you can not transfer the call. What shall happen? Intrusion? Call waiting? Camp on?

Regards

Hi
Of course for only one call it's not important but it's for call center... The customers are calling the call center and need to be transferred to a specific call center of another company.. Think that you're an agent and 40 calls are needed to be transferred to this specific number per day . So it's not easy to dial the number and transfer it to other number again and again...It's something like two step transfer or blind transfer, i'm not sure about it..If a button can automatically do this , it will be easier..

Hi Bolivar,

Define TNS key on DTS which is dialing the new call center. When this key pressed the system will dial the new call center than make them press transfer. If you are talking of 40 calls,it will take only 5 seconds more.

Regards
