Have customer who has MICS 4.1 with 4 POTS lines answered with Flash. They have Vonage lines and want to be able to transfer employee working remotely but don't want to tie up 2 lines. Vonage uses Flash Hoop (Link) #90, dial number, hang up to transfer. (Acts similar to centrex feature)
I know the call pilot could insert into string in CCR Tree. Can the Flash do same thing? So can dial 3 (For this example) after answered with AA and call can be transferred using Vonages facilities rather than tromboning. (Sorry had to get that in there somewhere!!)
And know wrong forum, but does anyone know if they go this feature straightened out with embedded VM with IP Office release 9?
