Call Transfer to a HFANS

We have an IP Office 3.0 If you set the phone to HFANS on a 4412 telephone and someone calls in from the outside hits the auto-attendant and dials that extension it transfers to an HFANS or and Open MIC into the office.

Any thoughts

I have the same problem. Did you go through an upgrade?

Apparently this happens in some builds and not others. The version I just upgraded from didn't go open mic but 3.0 does. I am told that this is by design.

We had the same issue on our first IP Office (rel 1.1 in May 2002). They fixed it. Then broke it again. Then fixed it. Appearently, we're back to the "broke it" stage...

I am noit haveing that problem anymore with Version 3.0 release 40, however when I transfer a call with HFANS on once the call is announced and I hang up the outside party is on speaker not ringing the phone to complete the transfer.

Any thoughts ?
