Hie to you all.
Just wondering if it is at all possible that one can transfer to a busy analog station & that the busy user can hear a call waiting tone on th 3300 any rel.?
Also need to know how to check for missed calls on 5312ip phones & how this can be set up.
Thank you.

Setup call history for missed calls

Thick call waiting is a COS option but make sure the phone is not rerouted to VM on busy or you will never hear it.

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

Camp-on is supported on analog and has been for as long as I can remember.

Im aware of Camp-on & have set it up always. This time im not interested in camping on but transferring a call to a busy station & then hang up.You will find that when the analog stn is busy you cant transfer to it.

How do you set up call history for missed calls, is it under system options / cos form? Failing to get it so is call waiting.

What you just said is the equivelent of

Camping on is exactly what you are talking about. Maker sure all the appropriate options are enabled for the trunk and the analog station.

That last post made no sense because it went thru several edits.

My best guess is that your trunks require the ability to camp on. Without it, you cannot release the transfer.
