Could you tell me how I can restrict(exstension or route) my subscribers do not make an external call trasfer (for example 123 456789 and 987 654321 are numbers of two mobile operators and subscribers shuldn't be possible to make a transfer between them).Take in mind that subscribers should keep their possibilities to dial the two mobile operators.

Hi
I thing that you must use traffic connection matrix to set restriction.
If You wont more help send printout
ROCAP:ROU=X&Y ; */ X is a route number of mobile operator A and Y operator B */
EXCCP;
TCMAP;

Thanks rfpui for your replay,
take in mind that I have only one route and my subscribers have only digital extensions.
I send you requested data:

OK
Try this:
ROCAC:ROU=20,TRAF=03151514;
All calls from ROU=20 to ROU=20 can't be transfered

If You wont to have conference with external call
TCMAS:CON=C,A=14,B=14;

An easier way is, with PARNUM 67 = 1, changing the ADC of the extension (D8 for digital, D7 for analog):

--------------------------------------
Authorization category for transfer of outgoing external calls:

0=>Not permitted to accept transferred or to transfer outgoing external calls. (Or if this feature is not used in the system)

1=>Permitted to transfer outgoing external calls.

2=>Permitted to accept transferred outgoing external calls.

3=>Both 1 and 2 above are permitted.

--------------------------------------

The problem is that, in this way, you would also cut the possibility of outgoing transfer of an internal call (and of course, you would have to verify that that digit of the ADC of all the rest of permited extensions is equal to 3).

Good luck!

Why an easier way is ADC changing?
It is solution to change ADC but it is not good idea.

1
If transfer external call will be blocked, useful function (option ) will be disable
For example secretary can’t be transfer outgoing call to boss

2
How do you want change all ADC?
KSCAC:DIR=ALL,ADC=…….;?
If yes you must be sure that all ODN and ADN have this same ADC settings
If ACD group exist or somebody have number presentation restrict /or not/ ADC changing is not so easy

Hi there rfpui!

The two points that you commented are mentioned above at the end of my post, and I agree it's not easier.

But...what to do if you only want to restrict external transfer to a few extensions? I was thinking about that when I posted.

That's why

See ya!!

aprasha
thats not the way someone should configure categories.
What do you think traffic connection matrix is made for.
Create a category with line to line not allowed in TRAF
and it will work.
