I have a problem with a R25.15 Option 11C, and a 2250 console. The 2250 can answer incoming calls with no problem. The call is then transferred internally, but the extension to which the incoming call is transferred to cannot hear the incoming party.
The 2250 has been swapped out and moved to different TN's on a different card. Any ideas?

when you say cant hear the incoming party do you mean the call doesnt ring at the destination set/ TN or once the user has answered the call after the transfer they cant hear the far end?

Remember if it doesn't work hit it harder

The Operator can call the extn no problem, with the incoming call on-hold, but once the operator extends the call to the extn, then the extn cannot hear the incoming caller

Did the Operator drop out of the call?

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.
