call transfer on analogue 500 set

Hi
can you help pls? i have analogue sets that cannot transfer using the Recall button.

I have already set the CLS to XFA but it still doesnt work, is there something else i need to programme in spre codes/ffc that i am missing?

The Recall Button is probably "Last Number Redial" - so it will never initiate a transfer.

Is there a "Flash" button?

As something a little different....

Your flash key may be just that... approx 100mSecs.

If memory serves correctly, the default min for flash on a Nortel is about 200mSecs (more timed loop break than flash).

A timer change in PABX or set may be needed
