Hello all,
I have IP Office 406 (Manager 6.2). It is connected to our main Definity via P2P and uses UDP extentions. The receptionist on IP Office side needs to transfer a call to the Definity side (or anywhere else). How can this be done? Or can she set up a three party conference call?
Thank you

If you already have calls working between systems she would just transfer and conference as normal :)

Unfortunately IP Office does not recognize feature access codes from Definity :(. I am looking for, maybe a short code? Or something like it, to initiate the transfer from IPO side.

The IPoffice does not listen in call for shortcodes, if it did you would struggle with autoattendants and things like that, what are you using as extansions exactly, it is this that needs to be looked really :)

IPO uses 4-digit extensions that are a part of Definity switch dial plan. All outgoing calls from IPO go to the Definity and than to PSTN.

But what are you using as handsets on the IP office?
