Call transfer and Qsig trouble

It is possible to make a call transfer directly ?

It means that when you transfer the call , the call goes directly to the extension that you select but you don’t hear the ring or talk with the people who you want to send the call. You transfer the call and the call goes and immediately your phone is idle.
If it is possible , How ?

When you make a call transfer to a phone that is in other system , and the call pass trough a E1 link using any protocol (Etsi, Qsig) , the HiCom always send first the number of the extension who make the call and then a Q.931 facility message containing the other party ANI number.
I is possible to send at the setup message the number of the external ANI instead of the number of the extension ?
If is possible, How is this configuration ?
