Call transfer and ASAI

I have a Definity G3 Rls 9

I have a third part CTI application utilizing ASAI. I have problems when trying to transfer using the third party softphone application. When I try to transfer to another extension that has an annoucement I am able to start the transfer, but unable to input any DTMF tones or complete the transfer. Any ideas?

There's a Definity system forum on this board as well that you could post this on. As for me, I'm not the best authority on that particular system. Sorry . . .
