I'm looking for call traffic analysis & trunk utilization tools. I am currently using operations manager and are considering adding Service Statistics manager. Has anyone used any other tools outside of the Cisco realm for call traffic analysis? We are running on Call Manager 7.1. Any suggestions or tips would be extremely helpful. Thanks!
 
I use NetIQ. It's not the best and I would only ever use it for historical purposes, not real time (in fact, I don't think you can use it for real time).
