Hello everyone,
Is there a way to retreive call information showing what numbers were dialed and from which DN by using CS1000 TM? Or does additional software need to be purchased? Thanks you for your help.
 
The system does not store this information, however, you can build your own CDR simply by adding a PC with procomm and capture that data. Connect your PC to a TTY port and program it. you will have to manually stop the capture and restart it on whatever basis you are comfortable with, ie daily routines are a good place for that to be included, create a new file each day for the capture, or weekly if you dont have alot of calls etc.

If you have TM with the telecom billing you can see it... you can pull reports by prime DN or accounting codes.
