I have a lucent partner system that has a problem with 4 of the stations. On extensions 20-24 the call timer does not stop counting when the phone is hung up. Also you can't see the number on the display as you dial the number! Any clues to what is going on?
I had this happen before, try doing a #728 in programming mode. It will reset system save all. Make sure nobody is on the phone because it will disconnect all lines. Good luck.
