Call through to a forwarded extension

Hi all.

I wonder if it is possible to give an extention the option to get through to another extension, even though "Forward Unconditional" is activated for that extension?

if it is the extn that is forwarded to trying to place the call back then yes
add it to the DND exceptions list.

Yes, se shortcode action "Dial Physical Extension by Number" ....doesn't work well for hotdeskers though
