I have built an application with a call transfer to a mobile. I was getting an error after it would ring for about 5 secs saying "this call cannot be completed at this time". I discovered that this was because of the NCOS as now it is working. My question is why does it begin to ring immediately after you chose the option where it transfers the call externally? It now rings immediately then after 2 rings the call is 'actually' transferred to the external mobile number.
