Call Stacking

I am using a BCM 50, and I have a busy user that would like to "Stack" calls directly from AA. I think ACD would be a little over the top. Can I have the voicemail camp-on calls automatically, or any other feature that may work?

You could get an Interalia device, it intercepts the lines before KSU, will put callers on hold and you can record some custome greeting.

Try using a hunt group this is a cheep like ACD with no recordings. It will put calls in a que untill the user hangs up.

go with the hunt group, queue on busy and timeout back to itself.

Yeah, and with a hunt group you can program an overflow extension as a backup.
