Call Server / Meridian1 restarted by itself? Cold Start

It's been happening to the 2 Meridian 1s (Type Nortel Networks Communication Server 1000S/M ,Version 2121,Release 400T)that we have on our network and weird thing is it happens when there is no load on the system. Either early in the morning 6am or on weekends where no one is using it.

I have copied the logs here, Anybody here know what the issue is?

cold start i usually a power issue.. check your power source

Not enough info from the history file to determine what the actual problem is. The report logs in PDT will have more detail info, but requires "certain knowledge" to understand the exact cause. I would suggest that you contact your vendor and have them open a INI RCA with Nortel...if you or someone you know doesn't have that "certain knowledge

Are there any further error messages prior to Cold start message. Usually this will give further indication of issue. There should also be a SYSxxx message that will help? This will help if the power was an issue etc.
