Hello,

I have set up sendmail and I have used it to pass a few details from a form to my e-mail and it works great.

I now just wish to call sendmail using a simple link. Is this possible?

Basically, i have an image which link to a page When people click this i want an e-mail sent to my account (just to gather data when it was clicked). Can i call sendmail this way? All help is appreciated

Many thanks, Sam.

Hmmm....Let me get this straight,

you have a HTML page, and you click a button called "email me", and it will send you an email?

I think what you'll need is a server-side script in PHP, Perl or something else, for for the index page. That script can send a message when it runs and then load the page for the viewer.

The button is not an e-mail me button, it is a button that links takes users to an important part of my site. I was looking to be e-mailed every time a user clicked this button. (Purely for notification and gathering information)

Thanks for the replies, i appreciate all your advice.
