Call Screening when a DN is externally Call Forwarded

If a DN is externally forwarded to an outside number like a cell and the mailbox user wants to use CALL SCREENING will they still be able to accept or deny the call?

No that type of forwarding is done by the phone system not the voice mail.

I haven't checked to see what happens if call screening is on and the forwarding is done by the voice mail through the dial "7" option.

Dial 7 is for outbound transfer, so it's not like a straight up forward.

Screening will only contact the Norstar phone.
