Hello all,
I have call screen enabled on the call pilot for several of the managers. Before we moved the phone system to a new location it worked fine. Now even if that manager has Hard Forwarded thier phone to voicemail the call screening bypasses and rings through. It never did that before and only does it on those with call screening. Does any one have an idea what might be up here?
