Does anyone know of a way to screen calls with VM Pro. They want to listen to the message a person is leaving and pickup the call if they want?

That is not possible
You could do this with an answering machine

It would be nice if they could get that working. I have alot of request for that feature.
 
How about using the "whisper" action - instead? They could find out who's calling and decide whether to take the call or not.

use the Quick Edition Avaya just discontinued because it works with that one.
