Does any one have a recomendation on the following request.
I need to setup my norstar to answer a incoming call and give the caller a recording instructing them to enter their zip code. I them want to route the call back out of the Norstar to a remote office.
We have a CICS with a flash 2. I know I can route the calls our via CCR but the zip code routing is my hangup.
If there a CTI interface that would work?

the flash will only allow nesting to 2 levels (2 digits) in ccr. Sorry I'm in Canada, I believe US zip code is 6 digits? .

What is your CICS software version?

I'm not sure about the CICS release. I think I will need to expand to a MICS to accomidate additional lines . I am first seeing if their is a Norstar application that can accomidate this routing .And then I will upgrade the SW and hardware
