I am assigned to figured Call routing number 33333 to be forwarded to Nairobi Unite Service Desk during the operational hours from 8.00 am - 5.00 p.m. and then after 5pm all the telephone calls are automatically forwarded to Bangkok. Currently the number 33333 is being forwarded to Bangkok. I'm using Erickson MD110 BC12. I have never configure call routing, I have gone through ALEX but nothing tangible found, could any one assist me in this regard.
