Hi,

I have MD110 with TLU-44 as trunk connected to PSTN. How do i program such that a call from external (PSTN) direct to the auto attendant and make a call using least cost routing table.

Thanks.

To route a call to an Auto attendant...

RODNI:ROU=...,TRU=...,DAY=..,NIG=...;

To set up LCR for outgoing calls is a bit more complex, it requires a lot more info from you.

Such as your Existing LCR setup or ROU's, DEST's, Number plan, Access codes to service providers, what calls to what providers, etc.

Regards
Isinor

What i want is that an external caller should be able to get to auto attendant and dial 8(LCR code) to make another external call.Below is the data.

I know i can use DISA to achieve this, but is there any other way?

If I understand this correct, you want an incoming call
(TLU44) to have a RVA message (or just dialtone), and then dial out (SLP60), no DISA? If this is the case, there is a patch for such a functionality (at least BC10, maybe other versions too).

Thanks fcpli, that is exactly what i want. I have BC11, what patch will i use.

Try 96737. Note that if using RVA, the MSG number has to be 3 and VARI in TLP11 xxxxxxx0!
