Howdy,

Running CM 5.2

Trying to route a call without skills.

I have a main number (VDN) that users will call.
In my vector I have the calls routing to "ghost extension" that I place on 2 physical phones.
Those phones are NOT agents. They are just regular stations.

Once those two phones have all their lines filled, the next call that comes in just rings.

Is there anything that can be done to route that last call without creating skills and agents?
Even if its as simple as ending the call after so many rings, etc.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks!

use call coverage or conditional routing in your vector
