call routing re-queue

I have a wierd issue going on in our switch... I will try to explain it.

Call A is comes into our switch. Agent B answers call. Call A continues continues to route and hits the vector again it then re-Queues and is answered by agent C. So now Agent B and Agent C are both on Call A. Does that make sense? Any ideas on what could be causing this?

Anyways, I was thinking I should reboot the switch. Which Reset System (1-5) should I use?
 
I assume you wrote your vector like :

1 queue to skill X
2 wait time x seconde waiting music
3 goto step 1.


If it's right, make a goto to line 2 and not on line 1.

Nope... it is not going back to the queue step. One thing of interest though; We have calls come into this vec via xfer vdns from other sites and from 800 numbers. It only happens on the transfers.

any help is appreciated.
 
There is a way that a call can queue twice, can you post the transfer vector?
