call routing over PSTN lines

I am looking at using a virtual receptionist. What I have is one PSTN line with 2 aux lines all with the same number, total three pstn lines with same number.. What I want is, when the virtual receptionist receives a call from these lines, it can be diverted to one of three phones in the office. So when the virtual receptionist receives a call, and they are asked to pass the call to person A, they can do this. If a caller wants person B then the VR can pass that call to person B's phone.
Can this be done.
