Call routing over another switch trunk group

I have 3 switches that are tied togeather by one switch. They are in different local calling areas. I want to be about to route a call from switch A to switch B trunk group make the call local instead of it being LD from switch A. I'm new to this company and never worked with DCS before.. I've used EPN's before which make it easier since everything in in the same switch. Any ideas would be great! books,ect.... The main switch is R11 and the other 2 are V8. Thanks

I'm located in NY. I have 3 switches in the same area code but different local dialing areas. Would like to route some calls over to another swtich to same on my company's LD bills
