I have an IP 406n2 running 4.2 firmware. I am looking to try to install something that will allow a simple "press 1 for sales" "press 2 for maintenance" menu when customers phone our main number. is this what VM Pro is used for as I am more than happy with the voicemail Lite software for our voicemail?

Is there anything else out there on the market that would allow me to do this?

your two options are either voicemail pro, or embedded voicemail.

Technically, you could use an external analog automated attendant (Viking Electronics or similar), however you'd probably be much better served with VMPro or Embedded.

Go for Embedded Voicemail, and upgrade to 5.0(8) you have more for less $$. Embedded has got cheaper and more options.
