Have call centre software
want to change coverage for a current Call Centre to be from 8am to 4pm, to 9am to 4pm.(simple)
Want to have the calls from 8am-9am, and 4pm-5pm go to another call center. (trying to get away with just one additional). all other hours are outside business, and go to a mailbox.
Suggestions on how this can be accomplished?
