Someone on the PSTN dials the main number in the phonebook XXX-0940.

Call comes into the PBX on the PRI and goes to the CDN that is the operators.

If no agents are available the CC6 script that controls this PLAY PROMPT VOICE SEGEMENT and on an access port call pilot tells them if they know the parties extension to please enter it.

CC6 then transfers the call to the extension number. All is good if the extension answers.

If the extension busy hunts or forward no answers to the extensions voice mailbox -- Call Pilot says sorry but XXX-0940 doesn't subscribe to this service. This is because the original dialed number came in on the PRI setup message. Anyone know of a work around for this issue?

You might want try adding the 7 digit number to the mailbox of the user as a second extension.....

Also I think you can add the NXX in callpilot somewhere in networking, in callpilot admin forget where though.
