I'm trying to get my incoming calling plan under way but im having a little bit of issues can you help and let me know how you would set up this call flow for the sales group.

All calls will hit the AA. from the AA, calers will be given a choice to press "X" for sales. This is where I need the help. From here the call needs to ring 2 users, who both have a mobile extension profile for thier prime line. The customer wants to ring user A first then user B and then forward to user A's mailbox if no one can answer.

I was thinking I could create another single line on these users phones and put those extensions in the hunt group. But can the call still go back to users A's voicemail after no one picks up?

Your plan has a couple of issues.

1 - The ME will not engage on Keylines - only prime lines

2 - You will not be able to get the call into user A's MB without introducing numerous points of failure.

Am I correct in assuming that calls directly to User A and calls directly to User B (Not via "X" for sales) need to function normally, engaging ME and going to their respective MB's?

This being the case, I would modify your plan to introduce a new Sales MB associated with the single line with MWI keys on both sets. ME still won't engage but its better that nothing.
