Is it possible to setup call routing depending on DN?

A BCM shared by three sister companies, three Line Pools so that they can have separated bills from the carrier.

They also use cheap rate service for international calls. This requires xxx before dialing 00. For this I want to setup call routing for '900' -> '9xxx00' where xxx is the code we need to dial.

Call routing, however, has to have line pool assigned and if I do so, I will no longer be able to pickup the Line Pool originally assigned for that particular company?

yes, give access to pool A to company A, pool B to Co B ...

you'll need to give diff destination codes to different companies
91 for company A -> route 1 -> Pool A
92 for B -> Rte 2 -> Pool B

Thanks. There's no way just having simple 9 and automatically pickup designated Line Pool depending on DN?

There is a way, under Services, controled set programming,program a control set for each company extensions. Then give them access to there own Line Pools. Set Routing Service for Schedule 4,5,6 to Manual and No to overflow. Give that service a name that matches that company.Then create a few routes. Create Route 004, Dialout 1, Pool A, next Route 005, Dialout 1, Pool B, next Route 006, Dialout 1, Pool C. Now Create a Destination code 9, Normal Service use route 000, absorb all, scheduel 4,Route 004, absorb all, scheduel 5,Route 005, absorb all,scheduel 6,Route 006, absorb all. Now go back to Routes and set your Dialout to none.The reason for this is,if you add your Route to a Destination code with a Dialout of none, on your display you will see undifined route. Now turn on your service from your controlled set, F873 password 23646.Now give that try. Good Luck.

Very clever AC2 never thought about it that way. What if the system loses power??

This works, thanks a lot. Only thing is, yes, power thing but its not a big problem for us, and the display no longer shows data & time, instaed 'service modes on'.

AC2 that's a great way to implement this ...

yoshib ...did u try static time ON?

I think with static time it stops the CLI and all the other things happening

I was trying to remember was I enable to set this up using call restrictions on the line. I know you could prevent calls going out on the line. Can not remember if I set it up so that certain extensions could dial out on the lines.
