I have 5 users that a manager wants to set them up so that calls will start with one user and roll to the next if the first is busy or not answering. This they want to roll on down the line to the other users. These are standard admin phones and they do not want to set them up on a queue so that they have to log into the phone to take the calls. I have suggested to setup an MCR on the phones, But they want the roll factor if it can be setup.
Any ideas that will be easy administratively to setup?
