Call rolls to Centralized VMPro mailbox, but the greeting does not play.

I have a VMPro centralized VM for a school system with about 7 schools. Each school has various versions of the 406 system.
When I call the EU from another Ext, I can see on the set that it is rolling to VM, but the greeting does not play. I happened to hit 1 and the greeting started to play. I rerecorded the greeting with same results.

The VoiceMail option is checked in the IPOffice. Everything else about the mailbox is acting normal.

Please help. Out of options.

Try to stop and restart the voice mail pro server and retest and see if this fixes it
