Call RFC-Function from PL/SQL

Hi there,
I am quite new to PL/SQL so asume that I know nothing :)
My question is if anybody would be so kind to pass or write a little HowTo on this topic.

Which libraries I have to register and how.
Some sample coding on how to log on and how to call a RFC-Function.

I am familiar with SAP (ABAP and so on), Office, VisualBasic and some other things.
So maybe we can trade knowhow :)

Please help I searched the web for days now and cannot see any progress.
