How do you restrict a phone from calling outbound but have the capabability to recieve calls externally. Isn't this done with NCOS,CLS or TGAR? Not sure if all needs to changed or if only one. Any help would be appreciated.

chg the ncos lower than your local & ld RLI frl settings.

It all depends on if your using NARS/BARS or not, do you have NPA/NXX/SPN's programmed in LD 90. or do you dial trunk ACCESS CODES to make a call?

This is a Signature and not part of the answer, it appears on every reply.

This is an Analogy so don't take it personally as some have.

Why change the engine if all you need is to change the spark plugs.

if you just want a generic answer, i usually try ncos 0 cls fre.. if that does not give you a block outbound.. follow bigindian;s post or print a set that is restricted..

each switch is unique, here i just use ncos.. but cls or targ can alos be the only block..
