Call Restrictions

Hi,

I'm trying to restrict people from calling certain numbers, I've come across restriction filters and added a new restriction in but it doesn't seem to be working. Am I looking in the right area? Any help would be great.

First you need to create a restriction filter, putting in the first digits of the numbers you want to restrict. Seems you have done that. Then you need to assign that filter to the individual extensions.

If you already have a restriction filter assigned to sets, then just add that restriction to that filter.
