Hi, can someone pls help, i cant understand the Nortel Admin guide.

I simply want to restrict some handsets for calling out, however they all must be able to call UK emergancy numbers as well as internal lines, basically phones for Reception halls etc.

Cheers

If possible, are their any sort of quick step guids printing anywhere for this and other basic programming.

cheers again

Roger

Can anyone help on this matter, i've tried setting up restrictions but failed big time, can anyone please assist.

Currently i have simply removed the Pool A from the Dn, however this block 999 call's too.

Thanks in advance

Build a filter restricting 0-9 then allow the 999 as an over ride and assign that filter to the phones.

If you look at the restriction tables most are already built and you can modify them for what you want.

Thanks for all the help guys, all sorted.
