Call Reporting

I need a way to do call reporting based on hunt groups. The catch is that our users do not login into the group - all the logging I am finding is based on the user logging in and not each extension. Anyone have any idea how to get this data?

The data can be given to you via a program called Delta Server, it's on the Admin CD. You'll need a CAS software package to make sense of it all, most likely. I've used TAPIT and didn't care for it. Anyone else have a CAS they like?

If you want to run reports on your agents then you need a call reporting package such as CBC, CCC or perhaps a call logger.

With CBC and CCC the agents need to login and out of group otherwise you will see no data for the agents.

A call logger may be the answer for you but I know little about these.

We don't use agents so we don't have any of that logging, everything from CBC, Delta server, etc does not log whats happening in the hunt groups. I can see activity on individual extensions though delta - but i get nothing on the hunt groups.
