If you are dealing with Call Center Reporting, You need to log in with Access to config. (900/900). Look at the last tab on the Reporting config, set the IP address of the Mail and upload Skill set data etc. Additionally, you will need to set the IP address of the Call Center Reporting Server in the Call Pilot Call Center Properties. You will need the Keycode to activate the reporting package on a CP150. Hope that helps!
