CALL REPORT ON A LEGEND 7.0 WITH CALLER ID 4

Hello

Could someone please help i need to set up some kind of program that will capture my inbound calls . We have a legend 7.0 with caller id now we do get the name and number what we do is we have a caller id name btn programed on our phones that we use to go from number to name is there any way to grab this information and print it out especially the name

The SMDR port on the processor spits out the information for all calls. You need a third party Call Accounting System to connect to that port in order to sort through the information. I have used tapit before and it is fairly inexpensive. It will give you all the basic reports.
