call redirect

Hi Everyone,

I need to set a 2616 to redirect to anoter DN after 4 rings, if unanswered.

Any Ideas?

set SFA in the CLS of the phone
and set FDN to XXXX ( the number you want to forward to) in the TN

You can set the RCO option on the phone. In your CDB there will be CFN0, CFN 1 & CFN 2. The number next to each of these is the number of rings before it forwards. So if CFN2 says 6, if you make a phone RCO2, it will ring 6 times. You can change these parameters in LD 15. good luck.

by the way, SFA is only if you want it to forward twice. If you first want it to forward to a secy, you make SECY's phone SFA. Then is secy doesn't answer it goes to secy's fna (usually voicemail). but for a regular forward no answer just make CLS: FNA and define your FDN
